   Guardianship abuse needs to be stopped! if there is a qualified family member to take care of someone there is no need for any professional guardian. My sister petitioned the court to have my mother declared incompetent. This guardian needs removed she hasn’t taken care of my mother’s medical issues but she was quick to sell my mother’s house. Now all my mother’s money goes to the ALF, the guardian and her attorney. My mother could live quite nicely on her income. Now she doesn’t even have her prescription eyeglasses, no bridge in her mouth, in fact most of her teeth have rotted away. Her hair always needs cut. In the Alf she gets a bath 2 times a week. Because I have brought somethings to the attention of this unethical guardian she has limited me to 1 visit per week. She also has threatened to limit me more. My dear mother beggs me to take her out of there, she wants to live with me and I want her too but the guardian will not let her. The guardian knows my mother wants to live with me. This unethical guardian tells everyone my mother likes it there. She doesn’t care about the very person she is suppose to protect. Now my mother needs protection from this guardian. THIS IS EMOTIONAL ABUSE TO MY MOTHER AND PHYSICAL ABUSE. wE NEED REFORM TO THESE GUARDIANSHIPS, THE GUARDIANS NEED MORE ACCOUNTIBILITY , THEY ARE ABUSING THEIR POWERS FOR THEIR OWN AGENDA
